Mantiquing – Old Toys for Old Boys

I never knew there was a name for the general area of focus of many of our affiliate marketing sites, but today I learned it: Mantiquing.

Mantique defined: An antique or collectible that appeals mainly to men, such as old fishing rods and lures, pin-up calendars, tools, toy cars, etc.

That definition fits quite a few of our sites, especially the ones focused on collectibles. Antique Fishing Tackle, Railroad Memorabilia, Vintage Slot Cars, Carpentry Collectibles, Antique Tractors, Civil War Memorabilia and the list goes on and on. It turns out we are heavily into the trendy mantiquing movement in the antiques and collectibles market and did not even know it!
